Report of Fraud Ponzi-Pyramid Scheme – IVAN LIKOV CEO FOUNDRY USA MINER LTD (www.foundry-usa.com)

Product: Mining (producing) Bitcoin by investing in cloud mining power.

This company, FOUNDRY-USA.COM, Foundry USA: Cloud mining, deceives by posing as part of FOUNDRYDIGITAL, the second largest BTC mining pool in the world, #1 Bitcoin Mining Pool | Foundry USA Pool (foundrydigital.com).

PROCESS: Once you trust them and start operating, they allow you to make small withdrawals from BTC production. During this time, through the Telegram communication channel, whose phone number does not accept calls, they induce you to promote it among your friends or acquaintances so that they also invest. They even proposed a personalized website for me to build a client network, charging commissions according to VIP1, VIP2, and VIP3 levels in a completely pyramid, PONZI structure. This caught my attention, so after involving 3 people from my circle, I stopped when I found it suspicious. This process described above lasted about 3 weeks.

When I stopped bringing in new members, they blocked withdrawals for me and the members I brought in, demanding payment for electricity bills for the supposed machines we had contracted.

I point out that, in the first 3 investments tests, we received an ANNEXES 1 & 2 contract that does not indicate the existence of additional electricity charges, so their subsequent demand is totally anomalous and unjustifiable. After those first 3 contracts of $10, 15$ and $99, we stopped receiving contracts for each subsequent plan purchased.

Through Telegram ANNEXES 4 & 5, we requested information on why withdrawals were blocked and were directed to a supervisor at the Telegram number (which does not accept calls) +44 7591 367817.

After some theater on their part, from that moment on, we were told that we had to pay electricity bills of which we had no idea of their existence and that mysteriously appeared in the corresponding section of the plans purchased ANNEX 3. As indicated above, based on the 3 initial contracts ANNEXES 1 & 2, no additional electricity costs are included.

The sum of those electricity bills is also about 50% of the investment, which is totally disproportionate compared to other companies in the sector.

Faced with this fraudulent situation, once $38,889 has been invested in total between my involved relations ANNEX 8, they continue with the deception and false promise of having to pay $19,069 among all of us to continue with withdrawal plans, which, given the precedents, IS NOT ANY CONFIRMATION of being able to proceed with the withdrawals, which is a scam, but to make it even bigger, which if taken to the end would be $57,958.

After this experience, I have searched for information about Ivan Likov on the internet and it turns out he is a computer programmer who started a cryptographic project years ago creating the PHONEUM token, later FON, which is currently dead, so with his knowledge, he has created this PONZI model to scam people by giving the appearance of one of the first companies in the sector when they have nothing to do with it.
